Unliveable
August 30, 20241st year was fine. 2nd year was really bad. Heating was so bad that pipes would freeze in the winter. Stove broke and I asked for repairs for at least a year but it was never fixed. Firefighter broke down my door and I asked for repairs for at least 5 months before it was fixed. My neighbor's door was also broken into but her lease was almost up anyway so she just left whereas I had just renewed my lease. When I left, hundreds of dollars were removed from my security deposit for wear and tear and ...for not leaving the apartment in better condition than I had found it in. Fed up
December 5, 2017Horrible.... landlord and property management lack responsibility upholding their end of the lease. Superintendent is completely useless whether it is a clogged toilet or any form of emergency. Pass this up! Had to give a rating........ really not even 1 star!Review from Apartments.com
