Jackhammer construction ongoing
August 13, 2020There is jackhammer construction noise ongoing from the Marymount School looking to expand their campus. Runs from early morning to evening. Also nearby playground adjacent to building has block parties at night during weekdays from 10pm-2am. Best of luck for those who live here.Review from Apartments.com
I love our apartment - 1510 Lexington - Carnegie Hill Place
July 26, 2015As I am sitting here typing this review, this my husband says to me, unsolicited, "I love our apartment." And it's true. We moved in as a newly married couple, excited about easy access to the 6 train at 96th street and the new bars and restaurants opening everyday in our neighborhood. Three years later, our 18 month old daughter happily attends daycare just blocks from our house and is best friends with our doormen, who couldn't be more friendly. This building has something for everyone from ...state of the art gym facilities, roof top deck and party room, kids play room, shared library for residents and a Keurig in the lobby fully stocked with pods, creamer and honey. To top it off, the apartments are well maintained by an exceptional maintenance staff. We are so happy to call 1510 Lex our home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
