dining room table in it. Overall, we are very happy in our new apartment and although there are many apartments surrounding our building, it is very quiet throughout the day and night! There are only a couple reasons that prevent me from giving this apartment a 5 star rating. We pay 100$/ month for parking that is very convenient as it is right outside our building. However, many people who park in the same "lot" (gravel filled, not paved) do not have the sticker which indicates you pay to park there and do not face any repercussions. So I'm not sure why we are throwing away that $100/ month. Also, we were very excited to see a dishwasher in the unit but upon using it a couple times we noticed it does not clean the dishes well and does not drain the water after the wash and begins to stink. The biggest problem we have here though is with maintenance. There is one woman who supposedly is on the property 5 days a week/ 8-10 hrs a day but she is impossible to get a hold of. You are given her personal phone number and she encourages you to be in touch with her but if you need anything, good luck! She will either tell you she will come at a certain time or day, and not come, or she will just ignore your phone call/text and never get back to you! Although there are a few hitches, as I said, we are really happy here and I think the pros out weigh the cons. This is a great apartment if you love the sun, love a peaceful home, and would like a quick walk to the beach!
