The bedrooms are all big (~14'x13') and furnished with full-size beds, dressers, and desks. The rest of the space is furnished as well but will have space for any additional furniture you'd like to bring. There are two sets of washers and dryers in the laundry room. There's also a large, fenced-off backyard. The house is located at 152 Mansfield Street which is in the heart of Science Hill. It is very close to Yale placing you within a 5-10-minute walk to most buildings on campus. The other housemates are all Yale graduate students as are the vast majority of the neighbors. Garage parking is also available for an additional fee. There are two other apartments in the house should your group require more space. Thank you!
