July 26, 2015You get a lot of space and pretty light blue walls in this studio. You get a lot of nice sunlight and a big closet. It is close to the subway red line and just under 10 blocks to the beach. It is in a family friendly neighborhood in Rogers Park and you don't get a lot of noise. I never hear my neighbors. I marked this as average because you don't have an updated modern apt. It is old but it's pretty and you have a lot of space.Review from Apartments.com
