January 21, 2020The landlord is crazy...the electric doesnt work in the kitchen. There is a horrible smell in the hallway because the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in over four years. There is mold in the basement and if you have health issues I would definitely steer clear. The neighbors in the buildings next door are drug dealers and you WILL hear gunshots from either side. When it’s nice out expect to hear fights and loud People and music. My friend died in apt 6 RIP April. I have cleaned this apartment for the ...landlord many times and he is a cheap skate so my only word of advice is STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
