This place is the absolute WORST
September 7, 2024You can hear the neighbors through these paper walls, they steal your packages, the neighborhood can be noisy at times, the lounge area is filthy along with virtually every other part of the building, half the gym machines dont work, the laundry is a mess and the machines malfunction, the roof deck has nothing on it but machinery and we were told it'd be furnished. Never happened. There's leaks. Dead light bulbs upon moving in. And realistically this place is small af. Will be out of this place ...ASAP.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t live here!!!!
March 12, 2024I have been living in this apartment for 6 months and can NOT WAIT until my lease is over. Management never answers their phone. When I first moved in they gave me the wrong passcode to get in. The apartment wasn’t cleaned. There were several lights that weren’t working and had to be replaced. When the leasing agent showed the property they show you the amenities such as a gym, conference room with office spaces, parking, and a recreational center. They restricted access to the recreational ...center, so it’s never open unless you reserve it. The gym has missing equipment/ non-functional machines. The conference room is never used and is $300 a month. The people are loud. They are always arguing and fighting. There has been people coming in the building that doesn’t live here, partying and smoking/drinking. There are people that are constantly pulling doors open when they’re locked causing them to break. Doors are not sound proof you can hear everything. They charged me many times incorrectly, adding late fees when I paid on time every month. Do not recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
