A Bargain but problems
October 7, 2015The landlords here are nice people, Both hard working nice individuals who mostly stay out of your hair unless needed. That being said, they are not really experienced in owning a building such as this, and they both work hard and are busy, so a lot of times things that need to be done around here (repairs, pest control, ect.) take a long time to get around to. The apartments are spacious and affordable. Right across the street from a park with a tennis court. Owners pay for water, sewage, and ...garbage.
