Nice setup, reasonable price, decent neighborhood
July 21, 2015The neighborhood has some crime (vadalism, theft) and moderate vagrant traffic but does not feel unsafe, generally speaking--and the atmosphere is cool, usually with a party hopping in earshot 3 or 4 nights a week. The area is kind of expensive compared to most of Eugene/Springfield area. The buildings could use a little TLC: paint, liven up the landscape, resurface the parking lot, and fix the sidewalks. Nothing is neglected, tho; the shared space and laundry room are taken care of. I have had ...some issues with the property manager (sometimes doesn't follow up on scheduling maintenance that we've agreed is needed, prone to emotional outbursts or is moody maybe) but the people who are contracted out for various work on the grounds are pretty professional and the property management company has a really nice reception person who can get the ball rolling to resolve any issues. As a college student, the place has been great for proximity to campus or bus stop to LCC, basic shopping, bars/social events, and is close to downtown.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
