Building 156
September 16, 2015We had a difficult time when we first moved into the building dealing with the management company and trying to get approval. I guess that's how it works in NYC though. WE have a newly renovated apartment in the building which is amazing! I never want to leave it. The building super is very helpful and nice and the building is in a fun and safe area. I do wish the rent was somewhat cheaper though.Review from Apartments.com
Elevator 10 Floor Building
September 16, 2015This is the perfect building if you want to live in a very central location with easy and convenient access to subways (five minute walk to Grand Central), restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and a few fun boutiques. The apartments are very spacious and some fully renovated. I live in a two bedroom, converted three, unit and all the rooms are still HUGE. The majority of our friends who walk into our apartment are amazed at how big it is for the price we pay. This apartment is amazing and my ...roommates and I never want to leave.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
