March 31, 2018They do not follow the guidelines in Illinois in renting and eviction of tenants. This building has not been taking care of since the old owner. The heating and water is terrible. You will be freezing in the winter.Review from Apartments.com

October 3, 2016I lived in this apartment for a year. New management took over. The owner has daughter in law handling tenants. They don't keep the property up. They won't the rent but don't want to treat tenants right. They have not returned my security deposit after Karla lied and said it was in the mail. Horrible people don't waste your time or money. The building has drug trafficking heavy and they don't care who stay there. Also the whole winter the heat and hot water was on and off. Im taking them to ...court. Please don't learn the hard way.
