160 Madison Ave is by far the best building I have ever lived in. The staff in the building are so friendly and polite and can't do enough for you. This stems from Mickey the resident manager and Debra the leasing manager to every member of staff in the building. The Apts are really nicely finished inside and the views are amazing. The amenities are great with the pinnacle the 360 lounge on the 45th floor and the outdoor sun deck. We haven't used it enough but the private park the whole way ...
around the building on the 3rd floor roof is amazing and we will be sure to get more use of it this summer. The neighborhood is great with any amount of dining and shopping options within walking distance. It's 1 block to the 33rd st # 6 station and 2 blocks to the Herald square station with the B-D-F-M-N-Q-R-W and 3 blocks to Penn station and Madison square garden. We can't say enough good things about this building and we have just decided to renew our lease. We will be living here for the foreseeable future.

Best Living Experience in New York

Great Location - It's easy for me to find my way uptown or downtown. The 6 train is just an avenue east and Herald Square is an avenue west. Pharmacies, Shopping and Restaurants all over the area. Best Staff - The staff working here are extremely friendly and professional. Clean and Open Living Spaces - everything is fresh and new, including the amenities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
