I've only been at 1600 Callowhill for two weeks now but it feels like home already. The building is bright, open and incredibly tidy. It's by far the quietest apartment I've ever had and the amenities are amazing: exercise room, rooftop, delivery room, concierge. The 14-foot ceilings make the apartment seem much bigger and spacious and the appliances and appointments are top notch. I'm so glad I've chosen 1600 Callowhill as my home!!

We love living here and enjoy waking up to our gorgeous view of center city. We are perfectly positioned in the city to everything we need, and we are about a 10 min walking distance from 3 grocery stores and multiple bars, restaurants, and home necessity stores. It’s perfect for us.

In the time of Covid, one can only hope to not need anyone to come into their home. However, when you do need service from 1600 you can feel secure in knowing that the maintenance team takes every precaution. They are professional and courteous.
