Neglectful property owners
September 11, 2019Rooms have mold. The washer and dryer in the laundry room have been broken for years, and the elevator is broken every other week. The building says no pets but 1/4 of the tenants have very loud pets. The pets urinate in the staircases and the owners don't clean it up. Walls are incredibly thin.Review from Apartments.com
