Have had to switch out pots and bowls to catch the water like its London during the industrial revolution. Every time they come to fix it, they inform me they need to get someone else to do it. That person never shows up. This water has completely ruined the hardwood floors and has created a massive mold problem in the ceiling tiles. Another severe issue is that the management entered my unit without my permission, went through personal boxes "checking for cockroaches", and broke my window treatments on my back door without ever doing anything to remedy the situation. Overall, if you don't care about annoying management and just want a nice apartment for a somewhat affordable price, this is the place for you. If you care more about the owners of the building and having concerns and requests taken care of, definitely look elsewhere!
