September 7, 2020These are poorly managed apartments. We would not be here if we hadn't moved in before the rents went up in the bay area. The apartments are moldy and if you're sensitive to noise, this place will not work for you. You can hear everything from your loud neighbors through the thin moldy walls and creaky floors and no one will do anything to address the problems. There are sketchy neighbors to deal with who spend most of their time outside on their van doing drugs and doing endless ...repairs on beater cars. If you can afford to live here in today's market, you should look elsewhere and find a better place for a comparable cost that offers better value.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
