Near Hilldale and campus, this building and its twin next door are located in a neighborhood with mostly single-family homes. Perfect for med students at UW or young professionals. Landlord has managed apartments for several years and is invested, both literally and figuratively, in these apartments. Apartments back up against hill creating semi-seclusion. Spacious, and includes garage and free heat.
