Management lies all the time. It takes months to get a simple things fixed. Everyday they say they are going to fix it and they don't. Management will not allow us to speak to anyone other that her. Its horrible for the amount of rent that is being paid.

    • Mistake- You have been warned

      September 7, 2017
The apartments are small and cheap. I mean you hear everything. Not to mention the rodent problem. The area is infested with all types of chipmunks and squirrels and mice. We had rodent issues from the first month we were there. Maintenance came out numerous times to exterminate. If you don't have a cat, I would look elsewhere. Plus they make there money off exploiting those that have none. When I moved in other tenants told me the rent goes up every year. They were right. But I paid my rent ...
on time and when it was time for me to move I expected to get my one and half month deposit back, nope. Check this out..they bill me 500 dollars for carpet cleaning. Say what? The apartment is only a few hundred square feet. One bedroom. Yup. The company they use charges them 100 per stain. At least thats what they told me. That in it self, speaks to the poor judgement of the property management. I would advise if you are considering moving here, do what I should have done, and look elsewhere.

Okay first thing first be careful you can hear everything and I mean Everything. There is a lot of things that they say on paper that is not done . They will give you the runs around for everything so if you like to be told a lie go right away . their are fake from the office.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
