About 1703 Quiver Ct
This recently renovated three-bedroom townhouse is just getting some touch ups before the rest of the pics go online (unfurnished now). But here’s what’s lovely about it. First of all, it has great temperature control with double-paned windows all with thermostatic shades that open from the bottom or the top, which means you can get light while also having privacy. It’s in a relatively quite residential neighborhood just behind the water park, with lots of yummy resteraunts nearby. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that share a beautiful bathroom will full bathtub and a linen closet. One bedroom has a walk-in closet the other a full closet. On the main floor is a coat closet next to the galley kitchen with granite counter top and a full size roll-out product cabinet. The living room and dining room are separated by a clear door which means it’s great for privacy for those who work from home. Out the new sliding doors (which have inbetween the glass blinds) is a small back yard, half of which is a patio that has a huge shade tree growing in the middle of it. Half of the patio is covered so that with the shade makes a great hangout space in the heat of summer. There is a small, maintenance-free yard and well as three waist-high raised gardens. There’s also a small dog door from the living room with a setup so doggie never has to get wet in the rain or snow to do their business. Downstairs is a beautifully tiled ¾ bath, a cozy bedroom with big closet and an under stairwell closet that’s perfect as a grow room. There’s also a utility room with a metal utility sink, top of the line washer and dryer, high end project table and sturdy storage shelves. It’s a great place to make art or just store stuff. And speaking of storage, Above the single carport is a bunch of storage accessed by an attic ladder. Two windows in this storage provide a bit of breeze so could be used for a teen hangout. The front yard is a gardeners delight with a focus on pollinator perennials. Bonus is a small shed that has been insulated, and has electricity. I used it as a writing shed. The home is really well-cared for with a fair amount of artistic elements.
