Walk in Closet (20sqft) • Open concept living room to kitchen with island • Gas stove and oven • Garbage disposal • On Demand Hot Water Heater (Gas) FULLY RENOVATED ALL NEW: electrical (main & sub panels, breakers, additional wall outlets), plumbing (excellent water pressure), appliances, LPV flooring (NO carpet), counter tops everything on/in this house is new PETS: NO CATS. Fixed Dogs, Reptiles and Small Animals Allowed, Fish Tank less then 50 Gallons. Please inquire for more information on pet policy. Please do not pay application fee prior to discussing your pet situation.
