April 2, 2023I was renting one of the apt in this address for almost 5 years. The landlord is very rude, treat people like are homeless,the roof is all damaged and water coming down from the popcorn sealer in all rooms. He doesn’t fix well, he put patches everywhere. If you go I sede the garage you can see why I am talking about . He is raising the rent 9% every year . And when you complain because is all broken inside the building he is answering you back “ if you’re not happy you can leave “ I never never ...meet a person like him If you want to rent this apt make sure you are doing the mold test before. I forgot to tell you that the kitchens in all apt are creepy and falling down ? Why I was there for almost 5 years? For my daughter school So happy we left now and we fell much much better after the nightmer The gate are not very safe , the mail box outside is for inside, so, all our mails was very wet and damagedRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
