October 5, 2015If I'm being perfectly honest, its okay. The location is very close to a main road (Pacific Coast Hwy). This can be a good thing, since it allows a more efficient commute. The apartment itself is 875 square feet with 2 bed/bath-a rarity in metropolitan Los Angeles county. We like the space of the bedrooms, and the rental company is pretty nice about fixing issues when they arrive. On the downside, they're total idiots when it comes to solving our complaints about receiving packages or requesting ...viable parking.
