Great outdoor space, Bad management
September 8, 20151 bedroom garden apartment in a 4 unit 4 story brownstone. Huge but paved private outdoor space. Large bedroom with great windows, gets good light considering ground level. Living room is open to the kitchen so natural light gets mostly through the apartment. Good sized mud room, great for storage. Exposed brick along one wall of the apartment. Landlords/management very unresponsive and difficult. Had a ceiling leak unfixed for a month causing a fair amount of damage. Have been promised ...bathroom renovation for over a year, hasn't happened despite being written into our lease rider. Grates on windows have no space for normal a/c unit. Apartment is great in the summer, but don't expect anything from the landlord- whatever you need it will be a fight.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
