August 24, 2024Love my apartment layout and space. The management is trying to turn things around and property’s general spaces seem a little cleaner than usual. Office staff and maintenance has been quick to respond to requests lately. Drawback: The concrete steps that lead to each floor are very filthy and most likely need to be redone to be cleaner than now. Also, someone has been pulling the fire alarm sporadically for the last few months during the night. Really annoying and extremely loud. Hopefully it ...stops soon. Otherwise, decent place to stay.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2024Fairly well managed. Many events going on by the leasing office. Quite clean and quiet with elevators. Up to 4th floor with modern style interior. Pest controlled well except some ants once in a while.Property Manager Responded
