Nice place
October 7, 2015It's a first floor walk up with an unusually big kitchen. Two bedrooms, one is very small and no closets (well two cubbys, that barely qualify as closets). Since the apartments below opened the lobby and my apartment smell like fry oil, which sucks. It's dark and faces Lexington so black soot is on everything and the traffic is loud all night long. Some roaches on occasion but not many, a mouse here or there. Building is good, super is responsive but our bathroom has flooded a few times because ...the people upstairs run an Airbnb and those jack wads keep flooding the bathtub. Neighborhood is generally good, close to 6 train, Central Park etcRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
