Pre War Junior Deluxe
July 30, 2015this building & apartment is classic in design, sunken living room, many many windows, 12 foot ceilings & an amazing lobby. Located by a bus stop & a train station, makes traveling around the city a convenience. The building is over 80 years old so there are indeed some things that can be improved but overall it has character which is barely found in the new buildings being built in NYC. Most of my friends are very envious of the amount of space i have here.Review from Apartments.com
