Small, but charming

The best thing about this place is the location. It's around the corner from Central Park, Museum of Natural History, subway and cross-town bus. The street is generally quite and clean. The building itself is old, brownstone, walk up, but charming and generally clean. Your neighbors are friendly enough, but keep to themselves. The super is very nice and out of his way helpful. The rent is about market price, not unreasonable, given the location. If I could have my cake and eat it too, I ...
would have a Laundromat closer than 2 blocks away, trash cans not directly in front of my window, and removal of the old floral carpet that lines the hallways. I would also add another 100 square feet as currently my studio is just under 300 square feet.
