looks can be deceiving
July 31, 2015I've lived here for 3 months and will be breaking my lease due to an ant infestation (not one here and there, but lots of them all over my things) in my apartment. I initially thought that it was going to be a minor nuisance that I could get rid of once I was actually settled in the apartment, but that wasn't the case, it got worse. The office management is very rude, that's if you ever get ahild of them and the actually answer the phone. They do not return calls. I have tried to rectify the ...situation but to no avail. Parking sucks,as there are definitely not enough spaces for every resident and there is no parking on the strest at night. The place is quiet and the apartments are spacious. However not enough closet space. The super usually responds, but the actual management office is not helpful at all. Overall, I definitely would not recommend this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice Private Area
July 27, 2015I've been living here for a little while and ive notice how Nice this place is. Its very quiet, you rarely see the other people who live in the other apartments. Kids play out in the front yard during the day, and at night you dont have to worry about people hanging around at night. Nice sized rooms, counters and closet spaces. Only bad thing about this area is parking, East orange doesn't allow you to park on the street from 2am- 6am so if your planning on having overnight guest plan ahead on ...where they can park their car, because there is no visitor parking anywhere... Before i moved in i asked the super on 3 occasions about parking and he just told me that there is a parking lot. The day i went to sign the lease i learned that parking was $60. Took me about a week to be assigned my parking spot which is NOT near my apartment because the parking lot was full. I have to park my car a couple blocks away at another apartment building :( Other then the parking situation this is a nice place to live at an affordable price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
