Go back in time and relax on the enchanting front porch; perfect for having a beverage and people watching. Lovingly remodeled and restored to its former grander. Thoughtful touches throughout. Restored hardwoods, shiplap walls, vintage decor, original art. Fall in-love with the delightful kitchen with modern appliances, farm sink, champaign bronze fixtures, shiplap walls and butcher block countertops. Coffee, teas, spices, dishes and cooking supplies are all provided. Both bathrooms are updated and full of charm! There is also an expansive backyard and patio, front load washer & dryer, ample parking and so much more! ** Other Things to Note: * The cottage is best suited for up to 3 guests for monthly stays, and 4 for short term stays (under a month). Contact host for certain exceptions to your guest count. * Pets must be approved in advance. Ask to read our pet policy. Best suited for 1 small breed. Prefer no multiple pets. Note that the yard is not fully fenced (ask about Stones Throw Cottage if you need fencing). Notify us if bringing a registered service animal. * The cottage is not child-proofed. Inform host if bringing children, and their ages.
