Love Thai food and walking?
August 31, 2015the building itself may seem plain and blue from the outside but the units themselves are beautiful art deco era layouts. Great hardwood floors in all the units. It's a small building so you know almost all of your neighbors. But really the perk of living here is the location. 5 minutes to the train, right on the corner for the bus so getting place to place is easy. which is good, because most likely you will have a pretty far walk to your car (by far the biggest draw back, it's kind of ...impossible except from noon to 2 pm). You are right next to Thai town, (less than a 5 minute walk) so you have the best Thai food in the city until 4 am. Right in-between the hustle of hollywood and the wonderfully strange Silver Lake, you get the perfect blend making up Los Feliz. You have amazing food, ridiculous choices in coffee shops, right on the corner of the most popular bars, and barely a walk at all to take you on the train into hollywood or downtown. It really is a great place and probably one of the more affordable in the area with a very very respectable size and quality interior.
