  • Great location, good building

    July 20, 2015
    Apartment building is in a near-perfect location, with a short walk to the L and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Milwaukee and Division close by. The building is older and has some quirks (no central AC, loud radiators, etc.) but has been very well updated. Great value overall.
