Old brownstone in the heart of DC
September 15, 2015It's a great apartment and a good price for the area. It's located in the Capitol Hill/Eastern Market area and everything you might need is within walking distance. Restaurants galore in Barracks Row & Eastern Market. The metros are nearby: orange/blue line is an 8 minute walk and the Union Station red line is about 15 minutes away. There are 6 convenient bus stops a few hundred feet from the apartment. And history is in our neighborhood, too! The Supreme Court, Library of Congress, and U.S. ...Capitol are just a 10 minute walk down East Capitol Street. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. We also have central AC and exposed brick in the bathroom, which I love. I truly love living here and am looking forward to the many developments happening on 8th Street.
