Affordable apartment with some downsides
August 9, 2015I like this apartment because it is close to downtown Minneapolis, has a good amount of space and is pretty affordable as far as Minneapolis goes. The downsides, are that some of the tenants are low-class (e.g. smoke in the hallways, yelling so loud you can hear them, etc.), the hardwood floors are in poor condition and the bathroom is a bit outdated. There is not much room in the kitchen if you enjoy cooking. Additionally, I had to have the oven replaced by the landlord because it was leaking ...carbon monoxide into the apartment. The landlord, however should be commended for being timely and friendly about maintenance requests.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Constant issues
July 20, 2015I had constant issues with leaking pipes, which i could deal with if the same issue didn't happen repeatedly for almost two years. I was rold repeatedly that it was an issue that couldn't be aolved because it required a specific set of circumstances. This turned out to not be true and was finally repaired recently, allowing me to use my kitchen again. The issue apparently was a hole in the pipe above my apartment which tells me that maintenace didn't even try to locate the problem for two years. ...However, they aren't the only ones to blame as the management didn't seem to care much either.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
