April 8, 2020Pros: Cheap Kind and helpful onsite maintenance personnel Cons: Landlord requires checks and only does phone calls (no email, text, online payments, etc) Interior Common Areas Not Very Clean Outdated Pushy Landlord Ice Everywhere in Winter Street Parking= damage to vehicles Un-secure Deliveries (Had packages stolen) Floors Creak, so be aware of neighbors above No ACReview from Apartments.com
Great building!!!
March 8, 2019Lived there 6 years very intensive personally ran building. I’d still be renting if I hadn’t decided to buy a house. Building upkeep and maintenance are very responsive and quick to take care of problems. I highly recommend renting from this building.Review from Apartments.com
