July 29, 2015The building is average for the Bronx. The upsides to living here is Bronx's Little Italy is nearby if you're a fan of Italian food. It is easy to get to the metro and there are many shops nearby which sell items for fairly low prices. The rent here is about $1800 for three bedrooms.Review from Apartments.com
