March 19, 2023A beautiful building. However, you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors: music, vacuuming, walking, even simple inside voice conversations. The lobby is well kept but individual floors are not cleaned. Management is slow to answer complaints.Review from Apartments.com
Enjoy our Troy Home for Now
January 23, 2022We’ve really enjoyed living here. Sure it can be noisy at time, show me a rehabbed factory building in Troy that isn’t. Decent amenities, amazing living space & overall value. The sunlight & ease of convenient location are A++ We are looking forward to the summer again. Must say the recently increased heavily truck traffic outside maybe a kiss of death. It was not like this at all this this past summer. If you’re looking for new and good value, I would highly suggest.
