Miserable Experience
October 26, 2023I have never been down to do my laundry without experiencing an issue. Multiple machines are frequently out of service. Just take your laundry somewhere else. If you put in a repair request, the only way you will get any action is to call their parent company. I've tried using the form on their website and I have never received a response. If you try to bring your problem to the management on site, they will direct you to the useless form. The only way I've ever got a response is calling ...their parent company. I was without water in my apartment for 3 days. They are also lying on this listing. There is no air conditioning. Rats. Roaches. Repairs
October 6, 2023It used to be a beautiful building. In the last 4 years it has deteriorated due to lack of basic repairs and maintenance. It is infested with Rats, Roaches and Bed Bugs. Only the newly renovated/upgraded units are nice to look at. Laundry room is full of cockroaches.Review from Apartments.com
