But each time contractors work on the buildings, or apartments you can tell the lowest bidder got the work or at least it appears that way. June 19, 2023Moving in here was a breeze. The staff is really kind and helpful. We have a beautiful view of lake Washington while still being tucked into the trees. Price is a little bit high for being a bit older of a complex. However maintenance and amenities are well taken care of around the complex itself. I do wish recycling was an option and that our outdoor storage door locked. I truly love living here though and it's a wonderful location and pet friendly!Property Manager Responded
