November 4, 2019I had the pleasure of working with the ownership of 2010 3rd Street. The apartments are nice but overpriced and when you move out beware that you may get your security deposit taken from you which is what happened to me.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location, great building, needs upkeep
July 20, 2015Love the location and building. I've lived in this unit for 2 years. Close to main street, venice, and marina del rey. Building needs a bit more attention to justify the price. All in all an amazing unit.Review from Apartments.com
