August 20, 2015Upsides are a great location, off-street (uncovered) parking, crown molding, ceiling fans and a very quick response from management with regards to repairs (same or next day at the latest). Not bad for the price I paid when I moved in. However, rent has gone up twice in 3 years and for no dishwasher, a tiny unimpressive kitchen and hearing every single step your upstairs neighbor and their dog make, not so great. Nice little patios and gated entry. It's pretty good. Now if I could only get my ...upstairs neighbor to wear house slippers and/or tiptoe.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
