  • BEWARE OF RODENTS

    May 9, 2024
    I’ve been dealing with a rodent problem for about 2 months now and I called the office multiple times and they refuse to fix the problem. All they said they could do was send traps. No exterminator or anything. I even tried to hire my own exterminator but they would not let them come. So unless you want to be splitting rent with a rodent, don’t move here.

  • They always come when I call

    I’ve been here 4 years and I really can’t say I’ve had horrible experiences. It’s quite and not far from my place of employment.the maintenance teams are very reliable the ladies in the office are very kind and will answer any questions I have.great job to the the young who cleans the apartment for move -ins over all not a bad place to live.

    The employees are very professional and accommodating. The apartments are very clean and up to date. I have been staying here for a year in apt 208 and have had no complaints about the apartments or it’s occupants. Shouts out to the maintenance man Kirk who recommended that I leave a review

    I love living here!! Quiet and friendly people of different ethnicities all getting along. The staff is fun and friendly. The pools are awesome and open all year. The fitness center is convenient and free. Not to mention Golden Corral is nearly next door... :-)

    Such a wonderful community! My dogs LOVE it here, there's a huge dog park that they plan in every day when I get off work. I have only had ONE maintenance issue since moving in and it was fixed THAT DAY!! Amazing feat for apartment complexes in this city!! Office staff and maintenance staff alike have both been incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and SO friendly! I have lived in several complexes all over the city and have yet to find service that came even close to comparing to this. ...
    The gym is BRAND NEW and has the hugest TV's and awesome equipment! I'm saving so much just by cancelling my gym membership! Would highly recommend. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.
