November 30, 2024I’m a new resident, but so far really impressed with the building. I’ve met several of the staff members, and they are all very kind and helpful. My lease signing and move-in experience was a breeze. My neighbors are friendly. The apartment was clean and in excellent shape by move in. Fantastic Place!
October 24, 2024I lived at 2112 New Hampshire for a little over three years and I loved this place. It's impossible to find better balconies in NW DC. The staff are really friendly, and they set up regular events like ice cream socials and food trucks. Package/concierge is very secure too. It's also a fantastic location - close to U St but a few blocks off so it's a quiet neighborhood. I can't recommend this place enough.Property Manager Responded

Love this building!
March 28, 2024I’ve been living here for 1.5 years, and absolutely love this building. The location is perfect! The staff are amazing! Especially Jose, Nadan and Jeff). They are always extremely responsive to any questions or phone calls I may have. Jose our maintenance supervisor is quick to address any of our maintenance needs, and is even at times on call after hours. Jeff our newer property manager has extreme attention to detail, regularly inspects the property and is friendly with all of the tenants. ...Nadan, our evening concierge is always very friendly and ensures the safety of guests in the evenings.Property Manager Responded
