The only thing good about this is Trader Joe's and the location.
April 27, 2020The property has really bad management. The plumbing is really old and is a constant problem. They have issues with the fire alarms which does not seem to get resolved. This is the worst property I have lived in so far. The only thing good about the property is TraderJoe's and the fact that its located in a very good place. The rent is only for this. The apartments have no maintenance and are not worth it. There is a fire station right in front so there is a lot of noise.Review from Apartments.com
Love it
August 19, 2015Love the location directly over Trader Joe's and acorss the street from the liquor store. It's hard to find grocery and liquor stores in Philadelphia, this spot has both. And with development coming nearby it will only get better (CVS down the street, a park and new building across the street). The high ceilings are incredible. The apartments are a good size. Management company is very friendly and responsive. I highly endorse.Review from Apartments.com
