The managers on location are extremely rude, invasive and are known to hound residents for any and all activity they deem inappropriate, including sitting in your front porch area having conversation with friends or going into your personal garage at any time of day. They will report you to the HoA. The apartment has a pool, but it does not have chairs or tables around it, so you have to bring your own if you want to sit anywhere other than the hot cement. Being so close to Disneyland, there's always traffic and the local stores have marked up prices (the tourist tax, basically). The good side of that is that everything is within walking distance, with both a Target and other grocercy stores within a two mile radius. Overall, I wouldn't recommend living here if you could find a better place.
