there are times when the neighborhood gets a little noisy but for the most part it's not so bad (except St Patricks day - then all bets are off!). The kitchen is small with limited counter space, but has a dishwasher and normal sized appliances so cooking (if you're into that kind of thing) isn't miserable. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves bust most are friendly and respectful - there's no doorman, but packages left in common areas are typically left alone. The location is awesome - restaurants within a block in several directions including The Smith, three grocery stores, several cleaners and three subway lines a block away. Plus it's easy to find a taxi and Uber is never more than three minutes away.
