January 27, 2023The building looks nice and staff is very friendly. But new management has made some bad changes. The package room is awful - packages aren't logged and stay there. No one knows how many packages come in and they can easily get lost. There is no longer a playroom though they advertise as having a playroom. They have had scaffolding over the outdoor play area for over a year without any communication. Sometimes there is construction noise. The administration is not responsive to issues that arise. ...On top of this, they have tried to raise everybody's rent by 20-30% year over year!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing area and one of the nicest buildings in the area a
October 5, 2015This apartment complex is truly the best place in the gorgeous upper east side area to live at an affordable rate. The building just had a major makeover with a wonderful private park and seating area and every single employee will do everything they can to help accommodate your every need. The apartments are wonderfully spacious and set up to make living here an absolute treasure. I wouldn't recommend any where else in the area and have nothing but great things to say about this wonderful ...building. Good luck on your search and I hope you end up as lucky as my husband and I to occupy such a great building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartment, Great Staff
August 7, 2015My wife and I have lived at this building for the last three years and honestly it's been the best apartment I have lived in while in NYC. The apartments are spacious, you barely hear your neighbors or the street and there are very little issues. Management does a good job of communicating to residents and fixing problems. Most importantly though it's the staff that make this place shine. I can't say enough about the doormen and then the many people behind the scenes who make living in the city ...just a little easier. They go out of their way to help, make sure they know who you are, and do just about anything you ask them. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the city to check out this building (and the location is awesome too). Honestly, this is just a great place to live in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
