greedy landlords, cheap landlords
August 23, 2015WE have lived hear for about 2 years to long. We ended up hear because in our last apartment their was black mold which I had to have tested because the landlord stated there was nothing wrong. He seem to show up only when rent is due or the city contacts him. instead of giving us or money back he moved us to Laguna rd. Each month I give him a list of things that need to be done and we always get comments such as nothings wrong or its not an emergencies. We have ceiling leaking, pipes in the ...garage, poor maintenance unless the city is involved, but of course when rents due their hear. My dog doesn't like the landlord. I would not recommend any of his properties to anyone at ALL. I am on a fixed income so Its hard to save up and move to a descent location where animals are accepted and I can get to work. Rami apartments is his name who charges overboard for rent and doesn't maintain his properties. to bad we can't give 0/5 stars. it would be worth getting his license taken if he even has one. he states he works on air conditionings but why do they always go out? thanks again and please spread the word do not rent from him.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
