Rose Manor Review
July 30, 2015This building is very close to public transport, as well as right off Eat Street. It's also located just a quick walk away from a nice park and the Minneapolis Institute of Art. The apartment I have is pretty spacious for a one bedroom, although it's a bit of a tight fit for a couple. Lots of windows and natural light, especially in the morning. There is a bit of a mold problem during the winter though, as the apartments don't have proper ventilation and the windows tend to freeze shut, trapping ...humidity. I would imagine this could be helped with a dehumidifier though. All in all a quiet building to live in, with a friendly manager and a great location.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
