My perfect den
September 6, 2015Last year I was looking for an affordable apartment that accepted dogs larger than 10-15 lbs. At Paragon, for this particular apartment, they do. It's located a couple miles from CSLB and by many schools, so it's common to see college students and families. The neighborhood is clean, well kept, relatively quiet, lined with old big trees, providing shade and a calming homie atmosphere. Just what's perfect for me when I go home to unwind from a day's work. This mid century building heats up ...spaces with a wall heater, brings fresh air in with original window fixtures. Some units have the original kitchen and bathroom fixtures I believe, but the unit I stay in has a remodeled bathroom and kitchen. It's perfect for me, the 400 sq. ft. size, the upgrades, the mid century feel, the walking distance to Trader Joe's and Target ect, a shared laundry room, my neighbors, freeway access, proximity to DTLB and home for my best fur friend in the world - Oreo.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
