started to notice every kind of bug in my house from slug to spiders to a ton of ants that I can not get rid of.also when the grass is not cut you will notice rats in your yard and once I actually had one in the apartment. Not to mention the mice too. The house is pushed way back on the lot to where if u picture your back yard being your front yard or if my house was a garage and they knocked the house in front of it down. The apartment is two levels but very very tiny. It always looks like I live in an abandoned house or a jungle. But o to the positive. You don't have to worry about neighbors. I have small children so I wanted to live somewhere where they could be as loud as they wanted with no complaints. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is family friendly. If you are single this could be a nice little one family with a office or spare room. But this one family two bedroom to me is not big enough for a family. You would have to use one bedroom just for storage or closet space. Signed, wish you were bigger
